OKA

OKA is a new concept from Ricardo Sanz, pioneer of fine dining Japanese gastronomy in Spain and creator of the renowned Japanese-Mediterranean fusion. For more than two decades, he has been at the forefront of Michelin-starred restaurants, and his vision marks a turning point in the national culinary scene.

OKA takes that philosophy to a more intimate and essential experience, that includes an Omakase bar for just five guests, where each dish is designed and served on the spot, based on the best produce of the day.

A leisurely, precise, and deeply sensory experience, framed by magnificent panoramic views, which makes every visit a unique culinary experience in Tenerife.
