Lava is the most personal creation from the renowned chef Erlantz Gorostiza, one of the great names of Spanish fine dining gastronomy and recognised with two Michelin stars, where fire becomes the soul of every dish.

Starting with the finest ingredients and paying special attention to local produce, his recipes seek to strike a balance between tradition and modernity, treating the ingredients with the utmost respect and elevating them with creativity that takes them to another dimension.

Its most exclusive project—an intimate space for only eighteen diners—is centered around the chef’s table, located within the kitchen itself and reserved for six diners, where they firsthand the magic of the embers, the aromas, and the transformation of each ingredient. More than a restaurant, Lava is a sensory journey that combines provenance, excellence, and emotion, establishing itself as an experimental fine dining restaurant in Tenerife.
